Battery Back up: (2) 9 volt batteries (batteries not included).
Also included is the Power Cord.
Not included is the 2 prong (one flat prong, one round prong) cable that goes from the transformer to the motor. This cable is available for purchase.
Commonly found in Berkline lift chairs, Medlift, Pride, Golden, ALC, Action Lift Chair, Comfort Chair Company and Lazy Boy Lift Chairs.
